FAQ

Paintings:
Original paintings may vary slightly from photographs seen here. This may be due to but, not limited to screen types, filtering, lighting enhancements and other unforeseen changes. All art pieces include variations including texture and brushstrokes. This adds to the uniqueness of an original painting. 


Shipping:
Shipping prices will vary depending on where you live, how large or heavy the piece is. All shipping includes a tracking number and requires a signature of delivery. 

Please allow up to 3-5 business days to prepare your order for shipping, to ensure it is packaged safely and arrive without damage.

All paper paintings are wrapped in protective tissue and placed into rigid mailing tube to avoid any bending or damage. If paper painting comes framed this will be carefully packaged and sent via a courier, as same for larger paintings.

International shipping requires a customs declaration on the content and value of the parcel. Please be aware that the customer is responsible for any custom charges that are incurred in the country of arrival. Please be aware of the fee prior to placing your order.

Covid-19 Shipping Update: 
Due to the current and unfortunate pandemic, international parcels may take up to 1-2 months for delivery. These delays with couriers are out of my control and I appreciate your patience during this time.

Returns:
All sales are final, no refunds or exchanges are permissible once the item has been sent. Please ensure you have read the description of the item carefully and ask any questions you have prior to purchasing. Claire Mobbs is not liable or responsible for the products once it leaves her possession.
